The paella selection was a feast for the senses, featuring the Paella Chorizo y Pollo, Paella del Senyoret, Paella Negra, and the Paella Mixta con Azafran. Furthermore, the culinary spectacle reached its climax with the Cochinillo Estilo Segoviano, a succulent roasted suckling pig, and the traditional Roscón de Reyes, a sweet ring-shaped bread adorned with candied fruits. What made it all the more exciting was when the Cochinillo was ceremoniously cut in front of guests, adhering to the rich Spanish tradition.
