The annual Royal Ascot is finally back and many are thrilled to see the return of the famed equestrian event.

Sadly, this will be the first Ascot race meet without Queen Elizabeth II in attendance. Her Majesty was an ever-present figure at Ascot and a big fan of the races too! The rest of the royal family were in attendance this year to enjoy the showcase of the best horses and jockeys.

Trends may change every now and then but the dress code remains the same for the Royal Ascot: hems must be knee-length or longer, shoulders should be sufficiently covered and above all, do not, under any circumstances, arrive without a hat.

This year, guests arrived in sprightly-colored looks with fascinators or hats to match with their look.
