While the spotlight will be firmly planted on the winner --in this case, Jessy Mendiola-- fans have always put a special focus on celebrities and personalities who soared the highest from their position in last year's list.

Here are those who made the biggest the jump, starting with Kapamilya star Julia Montes (70th last year) and actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith (51st last year), who each jumped up 14 places. Not included in this list are those who are new entrants like Kim Domingo and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.
