Following Mayor Miguelito Guerrero’s (Jake Cuenca) declaration that he was appointing him to take charge of the Quiapo Police’s new manhunt operation against Tanggol (Coco Martin) and his group, Hector (Aljur Abrenica) didn’t waste time as he immediately formed and deployed a unit for this special mission.Of course, since he had not been informed, Rigor (John Estrada) became furious upon learning about this when he caught Hector giving orders to several of their subordinates in one of the hallways of the office. He told him that he didn&#x27;t have the authority to do anything he pleased without his approval and commanded the head of the unit that they weren’t allowed to leave the precinct.As Hector insisted on them following his orders, Rigor furiously remarked that they must obey him more than Hector since he’s the station commander. He further warned them that they could no longer return to service once they leave, for he will file “insubordination” charges against each one of them.Thus, Hector reminded him that it was the mayor himself who gave the command, so he better reach out to Miguelito if he had any problem. Rigor wasn’t able to respond, so Hector took it as a sign for him to finally deploy the unit he just organized.As soon as their colleagues had left, Rigor confronted Hector, stating that he was fully aware of Hector’s actions and warning him that he would have to fight to the death before he could take over the precinct again. Rather than being flustered or intimidated by the threat, Hector further provoked him by scornfully remarking, “Sir, walang personalan.
