Sleep is sacred, which is why we all build “sleep associations.&quot; These are little things our brain connects with comfort and rest, like, a pillow, a blanket, or even a quirky ritual, which give us that sense of security we need to relax and doze off. Basically, these are the things we can&#x27;t sleep without.Our favorite celebrities can sure relate to this, knowing they treat sleep as the best way to recharge, especially with their non-stop schedules filled with shoots, tapings, and back-to-back events.Which brings us to the fun part, finding out what keeps our celebs cozy at night. She says she needs something to hug at night but regular pillows feel too bulky, unlike her plushies that are just the perfect size.
