She threatened to kill him, which irked Don Gustavo. Thus, he reminded her that it was only him who made her happy in their household, as well as the one who provided her with a better life and who created her into the woman that she is now.However, Jackie furiously told him that he had only made her stronger and tougher each time he abused her. In return, she went on to remind Don Gustavo that he can no longer take hold of her now since she’s more powerful than him now since she’s already a congresswoman and her son is the mayor of Manila, while he is just a useless old man.She reiterated that he couldn’t take advantage of her anymore before she infuriatingly shooed him away.
