War doesn’t end without a cost. And sometimes, survival means someone else had to make the sacrifice. In the penultimate episode of "Incognito," which aired on primetime TV on July 17, the Kontraks pushed forward after Miguel/Jaguar (Baron Geisler) lost his life after saving Gab/Sparrow (Maris Racal) during their final mission to eliminate Manuel Aguinaldo (Joem Bascon) and his group, who were linked to the crime syndicate El Cano.

Two bloodied soldiers surrounded by an entire battalion of hostile forces, JB/Shark (Richard Gutierrez) and Max/Eagle (Kaila Estrada) kept moving with their handguns and knives after they had run out of ammo. Their bodies were already worn out, but they refused to back down as the weight of Jaguar’s death hardened their resolve. With teamwork and every last ounce of strength, they managed to take down enemy after enemy.

But the fight turned brutal when Max got cornered by Gaspar (Vhong Navarro), who grabbed her by the neck until she collapsed unconscious to the ground. As Gaspar raised his gun at her, JB hurled his knife and struck Gaspar’s arm, throwing him off balance just long enough for JB to grab the gun and pull the trigger, ending the man who had dragged them through a day of relentless hell.

Somewhere else in that war-torn maze of ruins and hostile fire, Greg aka Noah or Kontraktor (Ian Veneracion) finally came face to face with the main target, Manuel, in a bone-breaking hand-to-hand combat. Noah's punches landed with the kind of rage only a leader carrying the loss of one of his own could have. But just when it seemed like Manuel had no fight left, he reached for a knife tucked inside Noah's combat gear and slashed Noah’s arm, throwing him off balance.

Manuel regained his footing and shoved Noah against the wall, gaining enough leverage to drive the blade into his side, the metal sinking into flesh with a sickening squelch. But Noah slammed his head against Manuel’s, just enough to make the latter stagger and drop his grip.

As the fight dragged on, Noah was pushed into the barbed wire, but he powered through the pain and returned blow after blow until Manuel finally collapsed onto the ground.  Noah reached into Manuel’s vest, pulled out a grenade and placed it beside his weakened enemy, whose body was too far gone to escape. Flames consumed what was left.

And for the last time in the series, Noah ordered the Kontraks, "Proceed to exit point," signaling that the mission was completed and the target was eliminated.

After hearing Kontraktor through their comms, Shark and Eagle leaned into each other, their bodies giving in to the weight of everything they had just survived. Not far from them, Andres/Wolf (Daniel Padilla), Tomas/Monkey (Anthony Jennings), and Sparrow stayed beside Jaguar’s lifeless body. After whispering their quiet thanks and honoring the man who had saved them too many times to count, the three stood in silence and raised their final salute. The wind passed gently through, brushing against Jaguar’s hair like one last touch from the world he gave everything to protect.

Team Incognito emerged from the ruins together, but only six of them were left standing. They carried Miguel on a stretcher.

The scene cuts to a flashback montage of Miguel’s time with the Kontraks, as if everything came rushing back to his teammates—the days he saved them with his sharp aim and steady hands, the laughter they shared between missions, and the quiet moments when he stood by them not just as a comrade but as a brother.

Outside the battlefield, he was the kind of man who showed up with compassion. He wasn’t perfect, but in their eyes, he was brave and good. A hero.

From here, the Kontraks will move forward without Jaguar. Watch how it all ends in the finale episode of “Incognito: The Final Mission" on iWant, Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live (KOL), TV5, and A2Z.
