As much as we’d love to 'BBS (Big Brother Save)' him and keep Donny Pangilinan inside Bahay Ni Kuya a little longer, that’s just not possible. The Kapamilya actor is officially back in the outside world after spending a week as a houseguest in "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition." His stay may have been short, but it was definitely a meaningful one for Donny, and also for fans who got to see a different, more down-to-earth side of him as he bonded with the housemates. 

In the behind-the-scenes photos and reels shared by Star Magic on Instagram last April 30, Donny was seen blindfolded as he exited the house, a standard PBB protocol. One of the first to greet him was PBB host and fellow Star Magic artist Robi Domingo. Also spotted was Donny’s dog, Crinkles, who entered the house as well.

“This is something I’ll remember for the rest of my life,” Donny said as he stepped out of Big Brother house, talking about his PBB experience, which describes as "core memory." He also left a heartfelt message for the housemates, “You will always have a brother in me. Kung kailangann n’yo ng makakausap, nandito lang ako." He then thanked them for their warmth and hospitality. 

When asked what he’ll miss the most about being a “PBB Collab” houseguest, he mentioned Klarisse de Guzman’s cooking and admitted that he actually enjoyed life without his phone. He said it would probably take him two days to get back on track, as he had gotten used to the no-gadget lifestyle.

Donny had a lot of fun inside the yellow house, thanks to his easy rapport with the housemates. He was constantly chatting, laughing, and sharing stories with everyone. One of his activities as a houseguest was the pool party called 'Game Night' that brought all the good vibes—and revelations. 

Viewers were also entertained by Donny’s magnetic effect on housemate Shuvee Etrata, who spent the entire week swooning over her ultimate crush. The two had plenty of hilariously adorable scenes together, like when Shuvee boldly shouted, “I love you, Donny," unaware that the heartthrob was just standing behind her. And, of course, their first meeting, where she couldn't even look him in the eye, has now officially earned a spot on the list of PBB’s most iconic moments.

Donny participated in the 8th weekly task, delivering mementos and letters from the housemates' loved ones. To open a letter, the housemates should be able to score the same number of points as the number of words in the letter. Donny helped the housemates win the task with his strategy and basketball skills. 

And when it was time for Donny to leave, the housemates who sent him off with memories and new friendships to treasure.
