It has been a week since Emilio Daez entered Bahay ni Kuya as the newest Kapamilya artist to join “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition”—and a lot of ladies (and ladies at heart) out there are already crushing on him so hard!

While he’s absolutely admired for his charming good looks and adorable energy, there’s actually more to Emilio than meets the eye (and being the younger brother of Kapuso actor Mikael Daez). True to his monicker, “Mr. Bankable Achiever ng Pasig,” he has already collected a number of feathers in his cap at the age of 25.

Despite being quite new in the local entertainment scene, he has already appeared in a number of projects, through which he’s able to showcase his promising hosting and acting chops. He’s been a regular host of iWant ASAP and was tapped to be one of the emcees of the “Star Magical Christmas 2024: Feel the Merry Magic.” It was also in that same year when he scored his first-ever acting gig via the primetime series “Pamilya Sagrado,” wherein he played the role of Leon, one of the fratmates of Grae Fernandez and Kyle Echarri’s characters, as well as starred in his first-ever music video, which was for Alexa Ilacad’s single “Kung Naging Tayo,” as her onscreen partner. 

Emilio was able to prove that he’s indeed more than just a pretty face when he won the P1 million jackpot prize in an episode of “Rainbow Rumble,” which he described as “one of the most INSANE days of my life”. 

Not a lot of people may know yet, but he is a true-blue Katipunan kid since he’s a proud alumnus of Ateneo de Manila University, where he finished his bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering. He then worked as an investment banker at a prominent banking institution for nearly two years before he resigned to pursue acting. 

Aside from his educational and career milestones, more things to admire about Emilio are his love for fashion, travel, food, and going on adventures, as well as his closeness with his huge and happy family, which includes his mom, his eight siblings, his niblings, and his sister-in-law, actress and beauty queen Megan Young.
