Andrea Brillantes’ role as Fatima in "FPJ’s Batang Quiapo" just got even more thrilling, as she finally shares the screen with Coco Martin, who plays Tanggol in the series. 

In the recent episodes, Fatima and her family are desperate to raise money to bail out her brother, Maki (Vince Rillon), who has been wrongfully accused of being involved in the attempted assassination of Mayor Roberto (Albert Martinez). With no other options, they head to Quiapo, hoping to find a way to earn quick cash.

While walking the busy streets, Fatima notices a long line of people waiting for 'ayuda' from Tanggol. Seeing this as an opportunity, she and her family try their luck. But realizing that the amount they need is way bigger than what Tanggol's group can offer, Fatima makes a bold move and sneaks into Tanggol’s car.

She ends up kidnapping him after he loses consciousness from hitting his head inside the vehicle. Fatima drives the car and takes the unconscious Tanggol to her place in Divisoria. So now that Tanggol is with the Benito family, we can't wait to see how things will unfold between him and Fatima, especially after that kidnapping twist. 

"Ang kapal-kapal ng mukha ni Fatima! Ang tapang niya kasi sa lahat ng pwede niyang maaway, ang napili pa niya ay mismong si Tanggol," Andrea laughs in a behind-the-scenes reel shared by CCM Film Productions.

The Kapamilya actress knew she had a huge challenge ahead acting opposite the modern-day 'Action King' himself. That’s why she really came prepared, even going as far as learning how to handle a 'balisong' knife properly. This was showcased in the scene where Fatima held Tanggol at knifepoint with the weapon.

In the behind-the-scenes video, you can even spot Coco checking on Andrea's practicing with the knife, which only shows how hands-on he is as a director. He’s also seen personally giving instructions, closely observing each movement, and making sure every detail is spot-on.

Andrea admits that she's extremely nervous going into her first scene with Coco, but shares how supportive he is both as a director and co-actor, “Iga-guide ka niya talaga sa bawat galaw at saka mahaba ang pasensiya niya.” The young actress is also amazed by Coco’s ability to juggle his roles as an actor, director, and producer, which reminds her of her own childhood dream of becoming a director someday.
