Ashley Ortega’s stint on "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" may have been short, as she was one of the first two evicted housemates last Saturday, March 29, but she already won hearts with her pure sincerity, a quality that makes her a 'Big Winner' in her own way.  

We know fans are feeling sad after her recent eviction. But don’t worry, we’ve got something to soothe your PBB heartbreak—more Ashley content! Like a scoop of your favorite ice cream, this one’s here to make you feel better.  

Before she entered Bahay Ni Kuya, Ashley sat down for a fun Q&A session at the hotel where she stayed, answering 10 random questions that might just help you get to know her better.  

Thanks to this pre-PBB interview, we learned that her love languages are physical touch and quality time. 

She also shared that the most beautiful place she’s ever visited is Mt. Fuji in Japan. She was lucky because the mountain was clearly visible (it wasn't a foggy day) when she went there. But when asked where she’d go if she could time travel, Ashley said she would visit Egypt to explore the Pyramids of Giza, which has long been on her bucket list. 

Ashley revealed that she struggles to get up in the morning (she's a night owl). When she has early call times at work, she needs at least five alarms to wake up on time. 

Her least favorite household chore is doing laundry. She still can't quite get the hang of using washing machines despite being taught. But she can manage washing underwear just fine. 

If given the chance, Ashley would love to be celebrity BFFs with “It’s Showtime” host Anne Curtis, whom she dreams of meeting in person, “Ang ganda niya kasi.” She also admires Marian Rivera, sharing, “Growing up, si Marian ‘yung pinapanood ko sa TV dati. I think ‘yung mga shows niya before, ‘yung mga unang Filipino teleserye na pinapanood ko was mga ‘Marimar,’ ‘Dyesebel,’ so I really look up to her.”  

"Oh my gosh!" Ashley reacted while recalling how ‘cringey’ she must have looked during her teenage years. When asked about the most ‘jeje’ or tacky fashion trend she’s followed, it instantly reminded her of the time she wore colorful skinny jeans. "Parang lahat ata ng color ng skinny jeans, meron ako," she laughed. 

But it was when she was asked about three random wishes that Ashley’s heart really showed. She revealed that at that moment, her wishes were to be the next PBB Big Winner, to have good health (since she had experienced health problems just a few weeks before entering the Big Brother house), and to reconcile with her mom, with whom she hadn’t spoken for years due to a conflict. Well, it looks like Ashley’s third wish might just come true. Before she was evicted from the PBB house, she actually received a letter from her mother, saying that she had forgiven Ashley. 

Ashley got honest when asked about the most annoying trait in a person, saying she can't stand 'kayabangan' (arrogance). She mentioned that she can easily sense when someone is full of themselves, "’Yung masyado kang bida-bida, eh wala ka pa namang napapatunayan." 

She wrapped up the Q&A with a super random question on the emoji she frequently uses, and that would have to be the red heart and the laughing emoji.
