Whether as former housemates, hosts, or in their careers outside “Pinoy Big Brother,” Bianca Gonzalez, Kim Chiu, Melai Cantiveros and Alexa Ilacad have always exuded strong and empowering female energy. After all, two of them were crowned Big Winners of their PBB seasons, while the other two were also among the fiercest and most beloved housemates of their time.

So, in celebration of Women's Month, we got them talking about the power of sisterhood and the boldest moves they've made in their careers. 

First, we asked them about their dream girl squad—who they’d love to team up with in a women’s alliance. Alexa must have found inspiration from her PBB ‘Ates’ Melai, Bianca, and Kim because she thinks it would be fun to form a new power clique with them. Or maybe she already has one with her closest friends like AC Bonifacio, Gela Atayde, and Chie Filomeno. Yup, a total lineup of sexy and confident queens! But hey, anyone who wants to join in is always welcome to sit at their table.

Same with Kim, who also thought of building an unstoppable female team with her PBB co-hosts. But she didn't forget to mention that she already has an iconic sisterhood with Angelica Panganiban and Bela Padilla. Altogther, they're called the 'AngBeKi' squad.

It looks like 'Kuya’s Angels' are truly tight-knit, as Melai also picked her PBB co-hosts as her dream team. But to add a little more boss energy, she’d love to invite ABS-CBN COO Cory Vidanes to their bunch.  If Bianca’s going to dream, she’s dreaming big—and by big, we mean Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, and Angelina Jolie. “'Yun ang absolute superwomen peg ko,” she said.

Fearlessness comes in many forms, and for these women, it’s all about owning their chosen paths and making dauntless moves along the way. For Alexa, one of the scariest yet most fulfilling things she’s ever done in her career was stepping into theater. "It was such a risk, especially when it was my first time," she admitted. "But I'm very proud that I conquered that and hopefully I did it with flying colors." A total 'main charater' move, isn't it? 

When life throws you lemons, make lemonade, just like how Kim turned her viral and heavily criticized "Bawal Lumabas" statement in 2020 into something unexpectedly brilliant. Instead of letting the backlash define her, she released a song inspired by the phrase and even sold “Bawal Lumabas” merchandise. People threw stones, but Kim turned them into power. 

Melai, on the other hand, highlighted a different kind of fearlessness—the kind that comes with embracing motherhood at the peak of her budding career. When she had her first daughter, Mela, people assumed it was the end of her showbiz journey. She even talked with her management, Star Magic, telling them she would understand if they decided to let her go. But look at her now—still thriving, now with two kids and happily married to Jason Francisco. Because who says women have to choose just one path when they can have it all?
