Amidst the suspenseful, action-packed, and—sometimes—dramatic scenes in “Incognito,” there has been the adorable tandem of Gabriela “Gab” Rivera and Tomas Guerrero, impressively portrayed by young talented Kapamilya stars Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings, who never fail to amuse us with their “puksaan” moments or less serious spats almost every time that they are together. 

Just in case you’ve missed or wanted to see again those funny petty fights of Gab and Tomas, we have collated 10 of those in this edition of Kapamilya Update

Let’s begin with their first-ever close encounter with one another, which transpired during the out-of-the-country mission of the “kontraks” in Cerdova. Because of how fluent she was in Italian, as well as the way she moves and dresses up, Tomas assumed that Gab was a local, so he talked to her in English to ask who were the people chasing her. But to his astonishment, she suddenly laughed at his wrong grammar and then spoke in Tagalog.

A scuffle then ensued between them after Tomas attempted to stop her from entering their hideout, presuming that she was an outsider or spy. Just when he thought that he was strong or skillful enough to topple her down, Tomas was indeed stunned to experience the power and agility of a femme fatale like her. Gab attempted to made amends with him by sparking a conversation with him after their meeting with “contractor,” Gregorio "Greg" Paterno (Ian Veneracion).

Tomas seemed to be able to get back at her when he pulled a prank on her while they stood guard at their group’s another hideout as part of their mission. He pretended to be hounded by enemies by producing odd sounds over their radio, which got Gab worried and made her extra alarmed, only to get irked that it was only joke. 

Gab may be fond of poking fun at Tomas, yet she could be nice towards him as well, which she got to show by using her captivating charm and impressive acting skills in bailing him out of jail. However, instead of thanking her first, he asked him how she was able to do it and how she learned about his circumstance at the time.

They might have a series of misunderstandings, yet those didn’t stop them from being adorable and funny. And one of their latest petty fights happened when Tomas got mad at Gab for meddling in the still unresolved issue between him and his older half-brother (Matt Evans). Instead of expressing his appreciation towards her gesture of mending his relationship with his half-brother (Matt Evans), which she just did as her way of thanking him for helping her take her beloved dogs out of her dad’s house, he called her “pakialamera”—much to her displeasure. 

Tomas tried to apologize to her by giving her a “peace offering”—which was coffee—but she rejected and criticized it, for she still hadn’t moved on yet from being called “pakialamera.” However, he was still able to make her smile by subtly uttering a funny punchline.
