The year-long 30th anniversary celebration of “ASAP” continues and Asia’s Nightingale Lani Misalucha is one of the local artists who expressed her huge love and gratitude to the long-running musical variety show, wherein she used to be a part of.

She commenced her tribute video by enthusiastically conveying how thankful she is to ASAP for being always so supportive of her by allowing her to promote her shows and other projects, as well as launch her singles ever since she first appeared on the show.

Regarding her first-ever “ASAP” experience, Lani, who just made her comeback recently, said that she would never forget having the opportunity to sing alongside some of the biggest stars in the industry. Even though she made her debut in 1997–or 28 years ago–she could still remember how completely in awe she was of her fellow artists’ beauty and talent at the time.

Meanwhile, even though she’s considered as one of the icons of OPM, Lani confessed that her most unforgettable experience was when she failed to flawlessly sing her piece in one of her production numbers.

She capped off the video by expressing her gratitude to the family where she has always been a part of and who always welcomes her with open arms. 

“I want to let them know that I love them, I love my ‘ASAP’ family. And, of course, I’m looking forward to many, many more years of watching ‘ASAP.’ I give all my love to all of the artists sa ‘ASAP.’ I love you, ASAP. I love my ‘ASAP’ family. Mabuhay kayo!” Lani enthused.
