Love was in the air and on the “ASAP” stage as the ultimate Sunday party's February 9 episode turned into an early Valentine's bash.  

“ASAP” dished out all kinds of kilig, from timeless serenades to electrifying numbers and sweet 'couple' appearances that had everyone catching the feels. So, whether your ideal V-Day vibe is something that makes you blush, dance, sing your 'hugots' out, or even shed a happy tear, this pre-Valentine fest delivered endless ways to celebrate!  

Love in every tune! Who better to kick off the mini-Valentine's concert than the phenomenal Gen Z loveteam of Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano? The “How To Spot A Red Flag” cozied up on a giant heart-shaped chair and exchanged sweet, enchanting glances as they sang BINI's "Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi."  

DonBelle then introduced the show’s lineup of love tandems—all decked out in matchy red and pink outfits. Adding to the dreamy setup, fans carrying giant heart balloons and banners surrounded the performers.  

The musical pair,  KD Estrada and Alexa Ilacad aka KDLex, together with Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin, shipped as FranSeth, were like characters straight out of a rom-com flick with their fun collaboration of "Tayo Na Lang."

"Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11" ex-housemates JMFyang–JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith–and the trio of Kai Montinola, Jarren Garcia, and Kolette Madelo sprinkled lively and flirty Gen Z charm as they put their own spin on "Lovefool."

Marvin Agustin's playful antics and Jolina Magdangal's signature candy-sweet appeal instantly transported everyone back to the '90s. MarJo flaunted their unfading chemistry singing "Tuloy Pa Rin," the theme song of their reunion movie, "Ex Ex Lovers."

Because love rocks in all forms, Angeline Quinto and Erik Santos, along with Yeng Constantino and her husband Yan Asuncion, had the audiences cheering with the danceable pop-rock anthem "This Love."  

Making the musical revelry more special was the appearances of the “ASAP” stars' real-life Valentines. Zsa Zsa Padilla and Conrad Onglao sang "Love Will Keep Us Together," before Martin Nievera and girlfriend Anj del Rosario joined in.

Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid then gave us all a dose of timeless romance with "More Today Than Yesterday," followed by Gary Valenciano and his wife Angeli Pangilinan, proving that love truly grows stronger over time.

In the grand finale, all these artists and special guests came together to sing “Love Generation,” a fitting tribute to the fact that love knows no age, era, or limit. After the performances came the ensemble's signature opening banter fronted by hosts Robi Domingo, Darren Espanto, Maymay Entrata, Edward Barber, and Janine Gutierrez. Here, the featured couples shared their secrets to keeping the love alive, like Yeng and Yan’s daily 20-second hug and Ogie and Regine’s daily walking and vocalization routine.

And, of course, we couldn't wrap up the segment without the OG loveteam MarJo, whose 'kulitan' felt like the old times. When asked to share a message for each other, what could be cuter than "chuva choo choo"?

A sweet and soothing surprise came in the form of James Reid and Jolianne's duet of "Lullaby," so velvety that it felt like cradling hearts in comfort.

If you don't have an official love life (yet), you can tear up the dance floor with the “ASAP” Supah Dancers AC Bonifacio, Ken San Jose, Gela Atayde, and Gab Valenciano.

And what's V-Day without 'harana'? UK-based artist Elliot James Reay and his smooth vocals had ladies swooning as he took everyone on a classic serenade with “I Think They Call This Love.” Elliot called the Philippines his “second home" and gushed about how he’s always welcomed with so much warmth whenever he visits or performs here. And based on the kilig reactions from the crowd, that love is definitely mutual!

Not all love stories are all kilig and happy endings, though, and “ASAP” made sure to give a moment for the brokenhearted too, with Regine turning the heartbreak anthem "I'll Be Over You" into an even more emotional masterpiece, which she calls her 'Reginified' version.  

Either you'd clutch your heart or belt along with the world-class kantahan session that followed. Yeng and Erik opened with a raw duet of "Only Love Can Hurt Like This." More hugot came from JM dela Cerna and Marielle Montellano's take on "Die With a Smile."  

Jed Madela and Klarisse de Guzman showcased their insane vocal prowess and took us on an emotional rollercoaster with "You Are The Reason." Jason Dy's smooth R&B swag blended perfectly with Jona’s signature high notes as they brought a different kind of energy with their rendition of the fun and flirty "Love Me Harder."

After a series of powerful vocal performances, it was time to turn up the heat with the ASAP Dance Sirens Anji Salvacion, Chie Filomeno, and Loisa Andalio's fierce, sultry, and totally 'double-tap worthy' routine. 

Darren kept the energy high with his electrifying song and dance performance of his own single "Bibitaw Na." What could be a better V-Day surprise than “It’s Showtime” host Jackie Gonzaga joining him on this number. The two set the stage on fire with their hot, killer moves and undeniable chemistry.  

From fiery to heart-melting, the Rockoustic heartthrobs—Jarren, Kobie Brown, Blackburn, and Anthony Meneses—took over next with their collaboration of "Tingin" that sounded so dreamy it could make anyone float in a love-struck daze.

Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino’s presence felt straight out of a magical love story as they performed “Sining” to promote their upcoming film, "My Love Will Make You Disappear."

When we say love comes in many forms, “ASAP” knows it includes keeping the love for OPM alive. This 2025, “ASAP” promises to continue to be the home of and celebrate Original Pinoy Music. Ogie set the tone by introducing esteemed Pinoy composers Louie Ocampo and National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab, who took to the piano as he poured his heart out to his classic hit "Nandito Ako." Erik and Gary also lent their powerhouse vocals to this number.  

The OPM set continued with Zsa Zsa, Yeng, and Martin harmonizing beautifully on "Ikaw Lang Ang Mamahalin." Regine and Angeline brought pure magic with "Tunay Na Ligaya."  

The OPM frontliners then gathered on stage, sealing the love-filled concert show to a breathtaking finale.
