Another exciting transformation came from JM Dela Cerna and Marielle Montellano, together known as JMielle, in the October 25 episode of &quot;<a href="http://yourface.abs-cbn.com">Your Face Sounds Familiar</a>,&quot; as they channeled Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. During mentoring with Klarisse de Guzman, JMielle admitted that this week’s transformation was extra challenging, as Marielle&#x27;s voice has a more laid-back texture compared to Lady Gaga’s forward and powerful tone, while JM, being a ballad guy, found it tough to copy the raspiness of Bradley’s vocals. As movement mentor Nyoy Volante put it, the key to this performance was exuding the Hollywood superstars&#x27; confidence. He also paid close attention to JMielle’s chemistry, pointing out that when you watch Gaga and Bradley, their eye contact alone makes people wonder if there’s something romantic going on between them. To capture that, Nyoy made JMielle do an exercise where they had to maintain eye contact and make the &#x27;attraction&#x27; feel palpable through their gaze. And that’s exactly what JMielle delivered, not just through their eyes, but through their movements and voices, in their emotional duet of “Shallow.&quot; The performance earned a standing ovation from judge Ogie Alcasid and guest judges Klarisse and Nyoy.  Ogie joked, &quot;Kumbinsido ako na may relasyon kayo,&quot; teasing the two for being literally close, even sharing a microphone during the performance. “As working partners,” he clarified, describing their number as so moving it felt like watching a wedding scene, and described it as “heavenly.” Nyoy praised the pair’s attention to detail and how quickly they shifted into character once the music started, as if Gaga and Bradley had taken over their souls. Klarisse agreed, saying their nuances were spot-on and that their combined talent onstage was simply powerful.
