“Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11” alumnus Jarren Garcia is arguably one of this generation’s most promising heartthrobs, as he doesn’t only possess handsome looks but also the voice that can make girls (and girls at heart) swoon with kilig. While these are things that we’re already aware of, nobody probably knows what his daily essentials are, whether for work or for his other personal ganaps. 

Thus, his ardent supporters are surely delighted when Darla Sauler recently did a bag raid on him, as shown in the latest video uploaded on her YouTube channel. Unlike other guys who usually only bring their wallet, cellphone, and keys, Jarren confessed that he’s actually not used to not having a bag with him whenever he goes out, as it makes him feel weird and like he’s missing something. 

In this video, he brought his “day-to-day” bag, which is a stylish, plain black leather bag that can be used as a handbag or a body bag. He revealed that it’s different from the one he uses for work or taping, which is actually a small luggage where he puts his shoes and other important stuff. 

It has two compartments, with the first one containing a pack of tissue, a handheld fan, a case for his sunglasses, and earphones. Meanwhile, it was in the second compartment where he put the case for the tinted eyeglasses he was wearing at the time, a charging wire for his phone, a ziplock pouch with his medicines and gum in it, a small bottle of hand sanitizer, an accessory for his pants, a random cinema receipt for a movie block screening he attended, a ballpen, and a cardholder wallet where he keeps some of his cards, like the travel commute card that he used when he was still based in London. 

After the bag raid, Darla subsequently quizzed Jarren about how his life has been in the outside world after his stint in “PBB Gen 11,” to which he replied by describing it as “crazy” since he has been “super busy.” He actually expected for him to have a slow journey, but what has been happening is otherwise, so it’s still quite hard for him to let it all sink in for now. Aside from his regular stint in “ASAP” and his appearances in other live shows through which he’s able to showcase his singing skills, he also continues to grow popular due to his well-loved team-ups with three of his former female housemates, namely, Big Winner Fyang Smith, 3rd Big Placer Kolette Madelo, and 4th Big Placer Kai Montinola. 

When asked by Darla what could be the reason why he’s being shipped by fans to three gorgeous and talented young women, Jarren said that it’s probably because they saw how good his relationships have been with Fyang, Kolette, and Kai ever since the four of them were still inside Bahay ni Kuya. 

Thus, whenever he appears in shows, there are always three or four fanbases of him that can be spotted among the audiences—probably one for him and one of each for his three loveteams. So, when asked for his reaction, Jarren expressed, “I’m like, no way there [are] so many people and so many ships. I can’t wrap my head around it, pero sobrang grateful ako because that means more people appreciating and supporting me and the other individual ships. So, sobrang grateful.” 

Darla then had him describe each of the three girls in one word, starting with Fyang, whom he regarded as “easygoing” because she can easily adapt in every crowd she’s in. Kai, for him, is a “star” for she effortlessly shines wherever she is, be it onstage while she sings or does photo ops. And lastly for Kolette, he uttered “coming out of her shell” since he has witnessed how she’s getting more confident and comfortable in expressing herself through her every performance. 

In his three ships, Jarren disclosed that he never felt even a tinge of uneasiness or awkwardness with any of them. 

Their fun conversation capped off with Darla not asking Jarren who makes him the most kilig, but rather asking fans why they are shipping him with Fyang, Kolette, and Kai.
