"Most of the albums have really impacted me emotionally and mentally, but I would say the last one, the last album we recorded, Carbon Stereoxide, I think really holds up," he said in an interview with Chris Cantada in his YouTube vlog.

Ely admitted that while earlier albums were significant, he feels Carbon Stereoxide stands out for its quality.

"I could listen to [it] still today without any like embarrassment because most of those albums prior to that were stuff that I didn't really think was done correctly or there were a lot of mistakes, or the performance alone like vocally, I would've done differently," he recalled.

What made Carbon Stereoxide special, according to Ely, was the creative unity among the band members at the time. "The last album I really like because I think that was the only time that the band and the members were really united to create a certain sound that we all parang agreed on," he stated.

"It hits me all the time especially when I'm out there performing, and you just really see how people respond to the music up until now. Kids are apparently fans of the music, kids who should be listening to other current [songs]," he said,
