Stray Kids releases ‘Mixtape: dominATE’ ahead of 7th anniversary Days before celebrating their seventh debut anniversary, K-pop group Stray Kids released the extended play (EP) “Mixtape: dominATE.”  

The eight-member group dropped the five-track EP on Friday with the title track “Giant,” the Korean version of their latest Japanese album.

This marks their first release after the Billboard 200 chart-topping “HOP” in December.

For this release, the members showcased their chemistry by pairing up for unit songs that highlight different genres.  

The EP comes ahead of the group’s seventh anniversary, which they will celebrate on March 25. The octet prepared various content to mark the occasion, including a special livestream on March 26.  

While Stray Kids is marking its seventh year, a time when K-pop groups’ standard contracts typically expire, the members have renewed their contract with label JYP Entertainment.  

Launched in 2018, Stray Kids have built an international following with their mostly boisterous, hip-hop-leaning sound.
