“I think this writing camp, I felt like it opens so much opportunities na it is possible to work with producers and other artists na it’s not really as much of a hurdle than we thought. It was very pleasant the way we actually want this,” Zoe said.

“The songwriting camp really opened our eyes to be really familiar on how a band can work on the producer and I think we all love the idea so much that we decided to push for it,” Raffy said.

Lola Amour collaborated with Australian artist Oliver Cronin for the ballad song “Maria”, which they wrote at the camp. The song was released last January 30 as part of the deluxe edition of Oliver’s EP, Edge of Paradise.

“First biggest challenge, I guess was having the right genre that was in the band scope or field of scope,” Jeff admitted.

He explained that the band initially found it challenging as they are not just collaborating with an international artist but also producers.
