K-pop girl group IVE in the music video for their single 'Attitude.' Screenshot from video on Starship Entertainment's YouTube channelK-pop girl group IVE made a comeback on Monday with their third extended play (EP), "IVE Empathy," along with the music video for lead single "Attitude."

"Attitude" samples the iconic 1980s single "Tom's Diner" by American singer Suzanne Vega, the Korea Herald reported.

The song's video portrays IVE joining the Loveless Society, standing out in a world where individuals are dressed in achromatic colors and mostly wear expressionless faces.

Apart from "Attitude," "IVE Empathy" features five other tracks, including "Rebel Heart" which the group released in January.

Launched in 2021 under Starship Entertainment, IVE, consisting of An Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz and Leeseo, quickly rose in popularity with their chart-topping hits such as "Love Dive," "After Like" and "I Am."

The sextet embrace a "chaebol crush" image, combining K-pop's confident "girl crush" concept with the posh "chaebol" visuals of South Korea’s elite as often portrayed in TV dramas.

The group is set to star in a concert film, titled "IVE: The 1st World Tour in Cinema," which will be screened in Philippine cinemas starting February 26. The feature includes footage from the encore performance of the group's "Show What I Have" tour in Seoul. Notably, the tour made a stop in Manila in July 2024.
