Sabi nga ni Kuya Jeff na bagong babies kami ng Star Music, so we are grateful na ipinagkatiwala sa amin ang song na ito.”</p><p>For the group, recording the song was not only a career milestone but also a way to pay tribute to the original artist. Member Joshua emphasized how important it was for them to honor the legacy of Vhong Navarro while still infusing their own artistry into the track.</p><p>“Para sa amin, it’s important din to pay respects pa rin sa original singer kasi sila po ‘yung nag-pave ng way to have all of these beautiful music for us,” he said. “I feel like it’s intention. And firm believer kami ng intentions. We feel like our intent is to uphold whatever Sir Vhong has already pushed out there. Ang daming good vibes na nabigay ng kanta, so kami we want to take a more romantic route sa kanta.”</p><p>Their version of “Don Romantiko” also showcases the group’s distinct musical personalities, particularly in the arrangement. Siya ‘yung producer ng song kaya sobrang salamat po and sobrang galing ng areglo na nagawa niya for us.
