Global pop star Taylor Swift ranked No. 1 on the Top Artists of the 21st Century chart of Billboard.

The chart was compiled based on the performance of albums on the Billboard 200 and songs on the Billboard Hot 100, covering data from January 2000 through December 2024.

According to Billboard, Taylor has set a historic record with 14 No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200, the most ever achieved by a female artist, along with 12 No. 1 hits on the Hot 100.

The "Fortnight" singer also became the first artist to occupy all top 10 positions on the Hot 100 chart with tracks from her 2022 blockbuster album Midnights. She surpassed her own record on the May 4, 2024, dominating the top 14 spots with songs from her eleventh studio album The Tortured Poets Department.

Taylor released The Tortured Poets Department in April 2024 which achieved a massive debut week, earning 2.61 million equivalent album units in the US. The album also set a new benchmark for vinyl sales, with 859,000 copies sold in its first week. The record also amassed 891.37 million on-demand official streams.

Taylor also concluded her historic Eras Tour in December 2024. It became the first tour in history to earn $2 billion or ₱116 billion.


According to Variety, Taylor Swift sold an impressive 10,168,008 tickets and generated a staggering $2,077,618,725 in gross revenue. Her monumental tour included 149 shows across 51 cities in 21 countries.

The singer captivated audiences across the world with over three hours of performances at each show, featuring hits spanning her illustrious career. The setlist thrilled fans with iconic tracks such as "Cruel Summer," "August," "Love Story," "Look What You Made Me Do," "Delicate," "You Belong With Me," "Lavender Haze," and "Anti-Hero," among many others.

Taylor also released Eras Tour book last year which sold 814,000 copies in just two days as per Circana BookScan.
