In a press release, Imago said that track "explores the emotional tug-of-war in choosing to fight for a relationship rather than letting it fade instantly."

"Gulong-gulo" was produced by Raymund Marasigan and Buddy Zabala with an arrangement by the latter and with drumming contributions from Badjao de Castro of IV of Spades.
