“I love it! Magagaling gumawa. Talagang pinaghirapan. I told them I am very happy with it,” Velasquez-Alcasid said during the press conference of her upcoming concert “Reset” in Makati City, Tuesday.

According to the singer, the pair was perfectly suited for the roles, and it was her decision to stay out of the track’s visuals.

“I didn’t want to be in the video, just my voice. The theme is parang The Little Mermaid, 'di na bagay. I wanted the story to be about them with my voice na background,” she explained.

“I’m so proud and kilig. What I had in mind, they executed perfectly. Conceptualizing a video is hard, especially when you hand it off for interpretation. Normally, I’d ask for changes, but with this, there was nothing to fix. They nailed it, even the feel and look,” she said.
