Sabrina Carpenter's "Espresso" landed at the top of the Top 10 Songs Globally on Spotify in 2024.

Released in April, the song was the lead single off Sabrina's latest album Short n' Sweet. 

The track has 1.6 billion streams on Spotify as of this writing.


Meanwhile, Benson Boone's "Beautiful Song" ranked No. 2. "Birds of a Feather" by Billie Eilish landed the No. 3 spot.

"Gata Only" by FloyyMenor and Cris MJ is at No. 4, while "Lose Control" by Teddy Swims is at No. 5

"End of the Beginning" by Djo ranked No. 6, "Too Sweet" by Hozier ranked No. 7, "One of the Girls" by The Weeknd, JENNIE, and Lily-Rose Depp is at No. 8, "Cruel Summer" by Taylor Swift ranked No. 9, and "Die with a Smile" by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars landed the No. 10.

This year proved to be a momentous year for Sabrina.

Back in September, "Espresso" was named Billboard's No. 1 global song of the summer, reflecting its weekly performance on the Billboard Global 200 chart. This chart ranks songs based on streaming and sales data from over 200 territories worldwide, as compiled by Luminate.


Sabrina also scored her first No. 1 album with Short n' Sweet in September.

"Can’t express my gratitude. My first #1 album!!!! Thank you for listening to Short n’ Sweet," Sabrina posted on her Instagram page after achieving the massive feat.

The singer added: "Thank you for believing in me all these years! Couldn’t do any of this without you 💋:’) This feels really special. Love you all."

The singer also received six nominations for the next year's Grammy Awards including Best Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year for Short n' Sweet; Song of the Year for "Please Please Please;" Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance for "Espresso;" and Best New Artist.

Sabrina shared on social media her reaction video to the Grammy announcement.

"Us on the tour bus this morning take a shot every time we scream like fr headphone warning. This is the first year I’ve watched the live stream where I heard my name! I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t dreamt about this day my whole life so I am filled with gratitude- Thank you @recordingacademy :’))," Sabrina posted on her Instagram page.
