Singer-songwriter Juan Karlos, aka JK Labajo, successfully held his first-ever major concert, Juan Karlos LIVE, last November 29 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. The Kapamilya singer-actor was still in disbelief throughout the concert with the amount of support he received from his fans.

The almost three-hour concert showcased his powerful vocals and the star-studded guests lineup.

JK made sure to get his fans all hyped up right at the beginning of the show by singing his hit songs, "Shot Puno" and "Sad Songs and Bullsh•t." The 360º stage design gave a chance to all the fans present at the venue to witness different sides of JK.

“Wag kayong mahiyang sumabay, kaya natin 'to,” he invited the audience to join in.

The night continued with the Kapamilya singer taking little to no breaks at all as he began singing song after song which amazed his fans even more. For JK, he expressed his disbelief that thousands of people gathered to witness his 10 wonderful years in the industry.

“Sobrang weird nito. Ang weird na makita kayong lahat dito… Promise, napakweird pa rin sa akin lahat ng to. Sobrang weird–– di ko siya gets. There are a lot of people,” he said.

Apart from singing his hit songs, JK made sure to highlight several of his collaborations with the different talented artists such as Moira dela Torre, Zild Benitez, Janine Berdin, Paolo Benjamin Guico from Ben&Ben, and Gloc-9.

Meanwhile, Kyle Echarri, who collaborated with him on the song, "Kasing Kasing," couldn’t make it to the show due to prior commitment. JK shrugged it off and jokingly reasoned out why his fellow The Voice Kids alum couldn’t make it.

“Hindi ako nagtatampo… Pero seryoso, Kyle can’t make it because of prior commitment–– hindi niya kaya mag commit sa akin. But he did and we did something special and I hope you like it,” he shared.

Towards the end of the concert, the Kapamilya singer-songwriter expressed his gratitude to everyone that made his show possible–– from the organizers to his girlfriend and to his fans who supported him from day one.

“Maraming salamat sa inyong lahat na nandito ngayong gabi. Maraming maraming salamat,” he closed.

JK closed his first-ever major solo concert with his two hit songs, "Buwan" and "Ere," to the delight of his fans.
