MANILA — Filipino fans of global music icon Kylie Minogue were shocked to find out that her scheduled concert in Manila on March 17 has been cancelled.

This was confirmed through an email sent by SM Tickets Customer Care to those who purchased tickets, with the subject line: "Important Update: Kylie Minogue Tension Tour 2025 in Manila - Event Cancellation and Refund Information".

The email says:

"We regret to inform you that the Kylie Minogue: Tension Tour 2025 performance in Manila, scheduled for March 17, 2025, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, has been cancelled.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Fans who have purchased tickets will receive a full refund via the original payment method used at the time of purchase."

Kindly anticipate a 2-week completion period for the reversal process."

LiveNation Philippines has yet to issue a statement or explanation why the highly-anticipated comeback show of Kylie was cancelled.
