ABS-CBN Studios' action series "Incognito" is halfway through its run and is taking viewers on a mission to the Land of the Rising Sun, Japan.

During their media conference, Richard Gutierrez shared where exactly in Japan they spent two weeks of filming.

"We shot this episode in Yamagata in Japan. Sobrang lamig doon sa lugar na 'yun. Snow every day, non-stop snowfall. Pinili nila 'yung pinaka maraming snow na area because we want to capture a different terrain na all white and I think we got that."

"Every day non-stop 'yung snowfall, naabutan namin legit na snowstorm," he added. "Kaya hats off to our crew. It was challenging for everyone, we were tested every day."

Everyone including the crew had to wear waterproof and snowproof gear from head to toe to avoid frostbite.

And during the trailer preview, Daniel Padilla and his co-stars had to execute their action scenes and stunts in the middle of snow.

"Pag tuloy-tuloy 'yung action, pag nadulas ka, tuloy-tuloy lang. Okay lang kasi 'yun naman 'yung nagpapatotoo ng action," Padilla said.

"This is new to me, at nae-enjoy ko itong [action] genre na 'to. Ang dami kong natututunan sa sarili ko. Nasusubukan ko 'yung sarili, minsan hindi ko alam kung kaya ko pa."

He added: "Sinasagad ko 'yung sarili tapos pag nagawa ko, kaya ko pala 'yun! Mas nakikilala ko 'yung sarili ko. I enjoyed it, the action."

Anthony Jennings and Maris Racal also shared how this series challenged them. In this project, Racal had to learn how to speak Hiligaynon and Ilonggo.

"Going to the set. I'm always nervous, doing a scene with Joel Torre. Then pumasok si Direk, 'hey Gab, Ilonggo ka dito ha.' 'Ha, direk?' Surprise 'yun lahat," she said.

"Ang nasabi ko na lang, thank God Bisaya ako. Because we have so many common words--Hiligaynon, Ilonggo, and Bisaya. Ang kailangan kong aralin ay yung tono." she added.

"Incognito" also stars Ian Veneracion and Baron Geisler.
