Kapuso actress Charlie Fleming took to social media to express her gratitude after concluding her journey in Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition.

On Instagram, Charlie reflected on how becoming a housemate in the recent celebrity edition opened new doors and opportunities for her.

“Sandali lang! I did not expect any of these blessings !” Charlie wrote. “Even a yapper like me can’t find the words to express my gratitude or to even describe my experience, but I can definitely say it was one of a kind !”

Charlie shared that her showbiz career began when she was 13 years old, recalling, “My opened door! I was 13, and was finally discovered as a content creator around late 2021.”

She went on to thank her manager and management team for giving her the opportunity.

Although she is a Kapuso artist, Charlie admitted she once dreamed of joining the hit Kapamilya reality show. That dream seemed impossible until the historic collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA happened, allowing her to become one of the chosen housemates for the show's 20th edition.

“My PBB Door was locked, but a window opened. If that’s how I could describe it. Knowing that PBB was only available to ABS CBN, my PBB dreams were placed at the back of my head, no hope, thats what I thought,” she shared.  “UNTIL the mind-boggling announcement shock the Philippines and my world : The first ever GMA and ABS-CBN PBB Celebrity Collab Edition.”

Charlie said she never thought that she would be part of the roster of artists that would become the official housemates from GMA’s Sparkle agency.

“My hope was back! I had no idea how I would get it, but my prayers were flying to the heavens, just hoping for one chance, and guess who got that last minute audition? I did ! Thank you God!” she expressed.

Charlie described both GMA and PBB as "biggest blessings in disguise," saying the experience helped her grow personally and professionally.

“I did not only become a housemate, but I was able to experience it in the best way possible!” she wrote. “As two networks collided and supported such a huge platform for not only me, but for every single housemate to be known for who we are and not just what we do!”

She expressed deep gratitude to the people who supported her and for the new family she found among her fellow housemates.

“I’m overwhelmed with so much love and joy knowing people from all over the Philippines has recognized me as Charlie the bubbly bread teener. Not a character, not a content creator, not a model, but Charlie!” she stated.

“No other experience could compete with PBB and no other joy, laughter or sadness could either. I found a new family, my 10 kuyas and 9 ates. You guys will always have a special place in my heart! 💕,” she added.

Maraming salamat Pinoy Big Brother !(@pbbabscbntv ) Maraming Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nagmamahal sa amin! 😭💕,” Charlie continued.

On April 13, Charlie, alongside her PBB partner, Kapamilya actress Kira Balinger, became the second duo to exit the Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition after receiving the least number of votes against Ralph de Leon and AZ Martinez, and River Joseph and Michael Sager.
