MANILA -- Kapuso artist Charlie Fleming is the first housemate of "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition" who received an immunity shield and will be safe from the first nomination night.

This was after Kapamilya housemates completed a task given by Kuya which gave them the chance to save one Kapuso housemate from the first nomination of the show's newest season.

After a thorough deliberation, Kapamilya talents AC Bonifacio, Klarisse De Guzman, Kira Balinger, Esnyr, Brent Manalo, River Joseph and Ralph de Leon decided to give the immunity shield to Fleming.

"Hindi porke't ibibigay namin ito sa isang tao ay hindi kayo lahat deserving sa immunity na ito. Mahal  na mahal namin kayong lahat. Ang bibigyan namin] ng immunity para sa unang nomination ay si -- Charlie," de Leon said.

For her part, Fleming, who was emotional in accepting the immunity, said she will prove that she deserved the chance given by the Kapamilya housemates.

"I want to prove din po sa kanila na deserve ko, I want to help more, I want to change more. I want to improve more and I don't want to take it for granted. I don't know what I did po talaga to deserve it but I'm so grateful and I really hope that I give back the favor po sa mga Kapamilya," said Fleming.

Meanwhile, before the March 18 episode of "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition" ended, Kapamilya artist Bianca De Vera was introduced and entered Kuya's house as a new housemate.

De Vera, dubbed as Ang Sassy Unica Hija ng Taguig, was discovered in 2020 and became part of the hit dramas "2 Good To Be True" and "Unbreak My Heart."
