Jenna Ortega is still in awe after working with Lady Gaga in the highly-anticipated second season of Netflix's Wednesday.

In a recent interview with Access Hollywood, Jenna expressed her admiration for the actress-singer, calling the experience both surreal and inspiring.

"I love working with Gaga. I had the pleasure of seeing her a couple of times now and she's only ever been unbelievably sweet and just precious," she relayed.

Jenna also highlighted that Lady Gaga is remarkably down-to-earth.

"It's insane to see someone with such a bold persona and just bursting with this incredible, unachievable talent for most and to also be able to hear them say 'cut,' Tim Burton saying 'cut,' and just having a normal conversation [with her] about what you had for breakfast. It's super strange and I am incredible grateful," she said.

It was in November 2024 when it was announced that Lady Gaga would be joining the second season of Wednesday.

According to Variety, the singer-actress is set to make a cameo appearance in the hit Netflix series. While the production team initially considered casting her in a more prominent role, those plans ultimately did not materialize, sources told the publication.

The return of Wednesday for another season was officially confirmed in January 2023, with Netflix sharing an announcement video on social media, sparking excitement among fans.

Starring Jenna Ortega, season 2 will continue to unravel the supernatural mysteries surrounding Wednesday Addams as she navigates life at Nevermore Academy, according to Tudum.

Series creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar shared their enthusiasm for the upcoming installment, expressing gratitude for the show’s global success.

"It’s been incredible to create a show that has connected with people across the world. Thrilled to continue Wednesday’s tortuous journey into season two," they said in a statement.

"We can’t wait to dive headfirst into another season and explore the kooky spooky world of Nevermore. Just need to make sure Wednesday hasn’t emptied the pool first," the statement added.
