MANILA -- Arron Villaflor expressed his happiness meeting his co-actors in the upcoming historical biopic film "Quezon", which tells the story Manuel L. Quezon, the President of the Commonwealth of the Philippines.

In his Instagram post on Wednesday, February 19, Villaflor uploaded a series of photos, which shows him with his co-stars including the film's lead actor Jericho Rosales.

In the caption, Villaflor said he is honored to still be part of the new film under TBA Studios.

Villaflor played Joven Hernando, the only fictional character in the film series, which includes “Heneral Luna” and “Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral.” In "Quezon," Cris Villanueva will portray the older Joven Hernando.

"his is really happening! Coming from Heneral Luna and Goyo, where we witnessed the hardships of war — fighting, marching, and enduring hunger — I am deeply honored to still be part of this new film under @tbastudiosph. I am also extremely excited to work with Joven Hernando once again. Here’s to my new family, Manuel L Quezon," Villaflor wrote.
