The golden carpet premiere of Metro Manila Film Fest entry “Uninvited” on Monday reminded fans of the unique sense of community that only cinema can bring after the theater in Mandaluyong City was filled with screams, cheers, and collective gasps.

“Ramdam na ramdam mo 'yung tension at pigil hininga. Iba pag may kasama ka,” fan Rafa said.

Aga Muhlach, who topbills the suspense thriller with Nadine Lustre and Star-for-All Seasons Vilma Santos, said it will be the first time they will see the final cut of the film.

“Ninenerbyos ako but more than that I am proud of the movie,” he admitted.
