The K-drama fever continues in the Philippines, with shows from South Korea dominating Filipinos' Google searches this year.

Leading the pack is "Queen of Tears" which shattered ratings records in South Korea and even spawned a pop-up store in Manila. It tells the story of a conglomerate heiress (played by Kim Ji-won) and lawyer Baek Hyun-woo (Kim Soo-hyun).

At second place is "Marry My Husband," followed by "Lovely Runner" and "Hierarchy."

Save for "Young Sheldon" and "Avatar: The Last Airbender," the rest of the most searched shows in the Philippines were K-dramas: "Love Next Door," "Gyeongsong Creature," "My Demon," and "A Shop for Killers."
