MANILA -- "Saving Grace," the series starring Julia Montes, has hit the No. 1 spot on Prime Video Philippines.

This was confirmed by show producer Dreamscape Entertainment via a social media post on Thursday night.

"Saving Grace" is the Philippine adaptation of the Japanese hit drama series "Mother." It also stars Sharon Cuneta and newest child star Zia Grace. 

Presented by ABS-CBN Studios and Japanese entertainment powerhouse Nippon TV, "Saving Grace" debuted last November 28. It exclusively streams on Prime Video.

Also in the cast are Jennica Garcia, Sam Milby, Christian Bables, Janice de Belen, Elisse Joson, Andrez Del Rosario, Sophia Reola, Adrian Lindayag, Aya Fernandez, Mary Joy Apostol, Eric Fructuoso, and Fe De Los Reyes.

"Mother" achieved global success as Asia's most exported scripted format with adaptations in Turkey, South Korea, Ukraine, Thailand, China, France, Spain, Mongalia and Saudi Arabia.
