‘Hello, Love, Again’ is new all-time box-office champ

<p>MANILA — In just 10 days since opening in theaters last November 13, “Hello, Love, Again,&quot; starring Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo and Kapuso actor Alden Richards, has become the highest grossing Filipino film of all time.</p><p>On Friday, ABS-CBN Films announced that “Hello, Love, Again&quot; has earned over P930 million from worldwide theatrical sales as of November 22, 7 p.m.</p><p>The box office title was previously held by the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival entry, &quot;Rewind,&quot; starring Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, which was the first Filipino film to earn more than P900 million at the worldwide box office. &quot;Rewind&quot; eventually earned a total of P924 million in its theatrical run.</p><p>Bernardo and Richards are currently in the United States where they attended the 10th Asian World Film Festival in Culver City, California together with other cast members.</p><p>The film is showing in 1,000 cinemas worldwide -- the highest for a local film.</p><div><iframe class="instagram-media instagram-media-rendered" id="instagram-embed-0" src="https://www.instagram.com/p/DCnddDvz18B/embed/?cr=1&amp;v=14&amp;wp=540&amp;rd=https%3A%2F%2Fod2-workbench-web.abs-cbn.com&amp;rp=%2F#%7B%22ci%22%3A0%2C%22os%22%3A3378096%7D" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="" frameBorder="0" height="708" data-instgrm-payload-id="instagram-media-payload-0" scrolling="no" style="background:white;max-width:540px;width:calc(100% - 2px);border-radius:3px;border:1px solid rgb(219, 219, 219);box-shadow:none;display:block;margin:0px 0px 12px;min-width:326px;padding:0px"></iframe></div><script async="" src="//www.instagram.com/embed.js"></script><p>The movie also opened in cinemas abroad including, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Saipan, and Guam.</p><p>Directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, &quot;Hello, Love, Again&quot; is the sequel to the 2019 blockbuster movie &quot;Hello, Love, Goodbye.&quot;</p>
