K-pop singer Rocky, who rose to fame as a member of the boy group Astro, is heading to Manila in August for a fan concert, the event's local promoter announced late Sunday.

On its social media pages, production company Wish Us Luck said the 26-year-old artist will hold his first "fan concert" — a hybrid of a performance-driven concert and an interactive fan meeting — in the Philippine capital, titled "Fill In The Blank."
