“I really like going the classier route. It was the spring formal so of course dapat may pastels and may mga flowers. Yeah, and I just really liked how the colors like complemented my skin tone. And I dyed my hair dark for this para lalo mag-pop (yung overall look). But yeah, so it was just really all about youthfulness but still remaining like timelessly classy,” she shared.

“I really trusted EJ and Patty with this. They gave me what they wanted and I gave my inputs on it. Pwede, can we add this? What about if we do some of this? So, it was hands-on in that way. But the original design of the dress and yung pagganyan and the fit of it was really all their idea. Kasi with me, I've been working with Patty for how many years now and I feel like she has the eye,” she said.

“I get to enjoy. That's one of my favorite things about ABS events is that we really just get to be connected as a family. We're a family! And be connected with all the other artists and just really have a moment where we're all there together and we get to bond, get to dance, sing along with music and we all look great,” she expressed.

“As in before we did this interview, I just saw her Heart Evangelista walk past. And my gosh, so... Di ko siya close pero I was just so starstruck to see her. Di ko na-expect na papunta siya dito, na she would be walking past me like in that moment. Kaya na-starstruck ako,” Shanaia told PUSH ABS-CBN.
“As in before we did this interview, I just saw her Heart Evangelista walk past. And my gosh, so... Di ko siya close pero I was just so starstruck to see her. She added how amazed she was by how stunning Heart looked in person: “Ang ganda niya. She's like a living doll. I'm not really the type of person to like avidly fan but I've always been a fan of her and her outfits. And I don't know, just like something about her so mesmerizing. Parang she's herself but she's so mesmerizing and she's so fashionable.”
