Most netizens have likely come across the viral "JP Core" videos on social media—edited compilations of JP Cabrera’s boxing-while-dancing moments during his stay in the Pinoy Big Brother house for its Gen 11 season.

This very same dance was brought to the recently concluded PBB Unforgettabolabolabol GENeral Assembly at the SM North EDSA Sky Dome, incorporated with the beats of recent popular hits. 

In an exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN, JP shared how it feels to have his dance featured at their fan event.

“Nung sinabi sa akin na may JP Core na prod, nagulat ako. At natawa din ako kasi yung JP Core na yun, nasa loob lang ng bahay yun eh. Tapos sinasayaw ko na dito sa concert. Kaya, thankful, masaya ako na yung mga ginawa ko sa loob, nagawa ko na rin dito sa concert. Alam mo yun, yung original na moves ko,” JP expressed.

Aside from his dance, JP was especially grateful for the chance to perform a duet with Kai Montinola, whom he previously admitted having a crush on during their stay in the Pinoy Big Brother house.

“Nagulat ako na may JPKai. Masaya ako na naka-duet ko si Kai. Naka-duet ko ang isang napaka-talented na tao,” he said.

JP went on to share that he didn’t expect his team-up with Kai would gain a following. “Nagulat ako na hanggang ngayon may support pa rin sa amin ni Kai. And laking pasasalamat ko talaga sa Solids ko na walang sawang support nila hanggang sa simula hanggang sa huli. Sinusuportahan nila ako kahit anong mangyari.”

Meanwhile, JP also expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported their event.

“Ang masasabi ko sa event na ito talagang unforgettable talaga ng event na ito. Lalo't ito yung parang concert namin bilang housemates. Pinasasalamatan din namin sa mga taong sumuporta sa amin simula’t sapul na nandon kami sa loob hanggang makalabas kami. Ito na rin pasasalamatan namin sa kanila,” JP said.
