"My beauty secret is to combine holistic practices and, syempre, proper diet, exercise, and Avignon. So treatments in Avignon – Hydracial, Exilis, and now they have the Translucent Vital, which hydrates and rejuvenates your skin kasi especially I’m busy and I do lots of different things. I act, I sing, I dance, I perform. I’m everywhere. So that’s part of my beauty routine,” she shared with PUSH ABS-CBN.

However, this Holy Week, Glaiza is opting to take a break from her usual busy schedule and spend time at home. “Honestly, dahil ang dami kong pinupuntahan lately, nasa bahay lang ako. Parang it’s time for me to really rest and enjoy my own private space kasi I’ve done it before, I travel and I go to different places, new places during Holy Week pero this time, parang I’m going to work from within,” she said.

And we have a long way to go. Siguro planning din what’s next for me, for my family. With my husband here now, I can enjoy more time with him.”

“Ma-reflect talaga akong tao. Parang even after I finished my day, I asked myself ano ba ‘yung mga nagawa kong tama; meron ba akong mga maling ginawa na I can improve myself next time na I do it,” she added.

When asked about miracles she has experienced, Glaiza reflected on health as one of life’s everyday miracles and emphasized the importance of being grateful. “Ang dami. I would say ‘yung miracle ay kadalasan nangyayari sa bahay talaga namin, with my family. With, you know, health.”

“Sometimes you don’t need a big miracle. Sometimes, it’s just as simple as seeing your loved ones get better, feel better, whether that’s physically, emotionally or mentally. That’s why we really need to be grateful everyday kasi every day we encounter miracles,” she said.
