Reigning Miss Universe queens to attend charity gala in PH

This year's batch of Miss Universe queens will grace a national pageant's charity gala in Manila later this month. 

The event, organized by Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH), will be held on April 30 at the Okada Manila Grand Ballroom. 

Set to attend as special guests are reigning Miss Universe Victoria Theilvig of Denmark and the pageant's continental queens, including the Philippines' Chelsea Manalo.

MUPH 2025 candidates will also be part of the upcoming gala, which is for the benefit of Caritas Manila. 

Manalo made history last year after being crowned Miss Universe Asia, forming part of the pageant's first-ever batch of continental queens. She joins Tati Calmell of Peru (Miss Universe Americas), Matilda Wirtavuori of Finland (Miss Universe Europe and Middle East), and Nigeria's Chidimma Adetshina (Miss Universe Africa and Oceania).

The four beauty queens kicked off their Asia tour in Thailand on March 31, and are set to arrive in the Philippines on April 26. 

Theilvig, meanwhile, recently visited Manila as part of her MIss Universe duties.
