On Friday, Theatre Group Asia (TGA) announced that six shows have been added from August 28 to 31 at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater:

According to a statement released by TGA, the extension was in response to the "overwhelming public demand that saw close to 30,000 tickets sold out within the first two hours of the box office opening."

Leading the cast of "Into the Woods" is Tony and Olivier winner Lea Salonga as The Witch in her Philippine musical theater homecoming after 6 years. This also marks her first performance with her only child Nic Chien, who will play the role of Jack.
