How to join ticket presale for J-Hope's Manila concert

Smart Communications subscribers have the chance to access tickets earlier through an exclusive pre-sale event on February 20.

To join the event, Smart Prepaid subscribers can get a pre-sale access code upon loading on the Smart App from February 13 to 18, the telco giant explained in a press release.

Postpaid subscribers with Plan 599 to 2999 may redeem their code on the app from February 14 to 18 by clicking the "Hope on the Stage" tab, while Infinity members may automatically get the code on the app.

Those who enter the presale event may follow the following steps for their ticket purchase:

1. Visit www.livenation.ph and log in or register.
2. Search for "j-hope" and click "Find out more."
3. Scroll down and click on "Smart Presale." You'll be redirected to www.smtickets.com.
4. Log in, then select “Hope on the Stage,” and click “Buy Tickets.” 
5. Enter your presale access code. A maximum of two tickets per single transaction is allowed. Two tickets must be purchased at once.
6. Select your desired seat(s) and complete the payment.

If a transaction is successful, subscribers will receive an email in order to claim their ticket voucher, which will also appear under My Account > My Ticket.

Subscribers may print their ticket voucher then claim the physical ticket — which is required for entrance on concert day — in any SM Ticket outlet any time before show day.

J-Hope is set to play at the Mall of Asia Arena on April 12 and 13 for his "Hope on the Stage" tour, with tickets priced from P4,000 to P22,500.

Apart from the Smart pre-sale, there will also be a ARMY membership pre-sale on February 19 while the general sale starts on February 21.

BTS, credited with bringing K-pop into the United States mainstream and generating billions of dollars for the South Korean economy, last performed in the Philippines in 2017 for their "Wings" tour.
