"Famous, humble and supportive actor at all time👏," another fan wrote.

Le Gala des Pièces Jaunes is an annual charity concert in Paris, organized by the Fondation des Hôpitaux and led by Brigitte Macron. It raises funds to support hospitalized children and adolescents.

The 2025 gala was held on January 23 at Paris La Défense Arena, showcasing a mix of international and French artists.

Jung-jae recently headlined the second season of the hit series Squid Game, which premiered on Netflix in December 2024.

In a recent interview with The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Falon, the actor was asked he felt pressured about the show's second season, he replied: "Because Season 1 was so widely loved, we did feel the pressure about whether or not Season 2 would be just as loved. However, our story has gotten more diverse, deeper with a very clear theme. So I don't know if I can say it will be as successful but what I can say is that it's just as well-made."

In the same interview, Jung-jae was asked about his experience winning an Emmy Award for Lead Actor in a Drama Series for the first season of Squid Game.

"That night, because director Hwang (Dong-hyuk) and I both won, it felt twice as surreal. Even now just by thinking about it, my heart is about to burst, it's hard to put into words. It was truly an amazing night. It was unimaginable," he remarked.
