<p>Celebrity couple Coco Martin and Julia Montes shared a glimpse of their upcoming Kapamilya series, <em>Sigabo</em>. The photo showed the two enjoying an in-between of their takes for the highly-anticipated series which will replace the top-rated action-drama <a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/studios/tv/batangquiapo" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><em><strong>FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.</strong></em></a></p><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1772685672779645733497_2091745884700916_2169842943915681359_n.jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/></div><p>Coco and Julia will be headlining <em>Sigabo,</em> which will begin airing this coming March 16, just a few days after the end of <em>Batang Quiapo. </em></p><div><br/></div><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/celebrities/2025/10/16/julia-montes-recalls-confronting-girl-acting-flirty-towards-coco-martin-hindi-ako-showbiz-1501" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>READ: Julia Montes recalls confronting girl acting flirty towards Coco Martin: ‘Hindi ako showbiz’</strong></a></div><div><br/></div><p>In the photo, the Kapamilya actress can be seen sitting inside a car while the Kapamilya actor, who was sporting long hair, was standing beside it.</p><div><br/></div><p><em>Sigabo</em> is a mix of action, comedy, and romance that will be enjoyed by families who have come to love the acting and storytelling of Coco throughout his various hit series. In a previous interview with <em>TV Patrol</em>, he shared how this will be the first time that they’ll make a lighthearted series –– steering in a different direction from the usual action-packed drama that he is known for. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Naghihintay ako ng right project para sa pagsasama namin ni Julia. Si Juls ngayon, pukpukan ang training. Nag-aaral siya ngayon ng sa baril, ng fight, sa motor. Inakma namin ‘yung kwento na talagang fit para sa amin, sa estado namin ngayon. First time namin magla-light. Pasasayahin naman natin ‘yung mga tahanan gabi-gabi,” Coco previously said. </p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/celebrities/2025/10/9/julia-montes-reveals-she-will-star-in-dream-project-with-coco-martin-soon-1743" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>READ: Julia Montes reveals she will star in dream project with Coco Martin soon</strong></a></div><div><br/></div><p>He also expressed how there would be comedians in the series and they would have a different experience every week. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Halos lahat ng mga kasama namin mga comedian. Tapos episodic siya, iba-ibang kwento, iba-ibang mission. Para iba-ibang experience every week,” he teased.</p><div><br/></div><p>This isn’t the first time that Coco and Julia have worked together on a project as they have previously starred in several hit series and films. The couple’s first project together was more than a decade ago with <em>Walang Hanggan</em> which was followed by <em>Ikaw Lamang.</em></p><div><br/></div><p>Coco and Julia then starred in the 2013 Star Cinema film, <em>A Moment in Time</em>, which was shot at the time <em>Walang Hanggan </em>was still airing on the small screens. Their last pairing on the big screen was the 2024 independent film, <em>Pula.</em></p>
