What at first was a simple meet-and-greet as work acquaintances slowly grew into a friendship. According to their own recollections, it was Ronnie who mustered up the courage to ask Loisa out for a meal after one of their noontime appearances. But in 2017, when dating rumors started swirling, Ronnie denied everything on national TV in an interview with Boy Abunda. He said they were just close friends, not a couple. During a livestream episode of the show <em>iWant ASAP,</em> host Robi Domingo asked Ronnie point-blank if Loisa was his girlfriend.
