<p>Actress Rufa Mae Quinto took to social media to express her gratitude to those who offered condolences following the passing of her husband, Trevor Magallanes.</p><div> </div><p>In her recent post, Rufa Mae thanked Trevor’s former colleagues at the San Francisco Police Department for honoring his memory.</p><div> </div><p>“Thank you @sfpdofficial, for this honor. During his time with the Department, he served the communities of the Mission, Tenderloin, Central, and Taraval Districts with dedication and commitment. Shortly after, Rufa Mae issued a statement asking the public for understanding and privacy during their time of mourning.</p><div> </div><p>&quot;I&#x27;m deeply saddened by this development. Hope [you] give us time to mourn his [loss] especially my daughter. Just pray for us that we will get [through] this by the help of God!&quot; Rufa Mae said.</p><div> </div><p>She also urged people to stop spreading misinformation regarding the cause of Trevor’s death.</p><div> </div><p>&quot;We are still gathering factual information about his death. Even us or his immediate family are still verifying what happened. In 2024, Trevor shared through an Instagram Story that they were in the process of getting a divorce.</p><div> </div><p>However, in a January interview with Boy Abunda, Rufa Mae clarified that although her husband had expressed intentions to separate, no formal paperwork had been filed. She also pointed out that since their wedding took place in the Philippines, where divorce is not legal, they remained married at the time of his passing.</p><div> </div><div> </div>
