We ate cleaner and more nutritious meals to fuel our days. Focused on cardio and weight training to build strength and endurance. Took supplements and prioritized sleep for long-term vitality. And most importantly, grew together spiritually, keeping God at the center of our relationship with our regular scripture study and Book of Mormon reading,” he listed.</p><div> </div><p>He emphasized that true love isn’t just expressed in material gestures but in shared values and commitment.</p><div> </div><p>“Because real love doesn’t just show up in flowers and dinners or even socmed posts, it shows up in discipline, sacrifice, and the shared desire to grow (young) together, healthy and strong in body, mind, and spirit. 🙏🏽,” he stated.</p><div> </div><p>Ending his post, Eruption sent a loving message to his wife as they continue to pursue living a healthy lifestyle.</p><div> </div><p>“So here’s to 10 years of love and a lifetime of purpose-driven partnership Peh Rona ♥️ I’ve got your back no matter how big, chubby, skinny, injured or damaged we are!
