MANILA - Actor Luis Manzano turned to social media to express his gratitude despite losing in the vice gubernatorial race in Batangas.

In his social media post Wednesday morning May 14, Manzano said that even if he did not win the election he still feels like a winner because of the love from Batangueños. What is important, he said, is that he was able to get up close to the people of Batangas.

Manzano expressed his gratitude to all his supporters, his family and to God for guiding him throughout the race.
